Our Founder and CEO

Mr. Dhananjay Naidu, Founder and CEO of Universal Urethanes, brings over 25 years of expertise in the polyurethane industry. His distinguished career began with a Bachelor of Science from Sri Venkateshwara University, followed by a Master's degree in Plastics and Polymer Engineering from the Central Institute of Plastics Engineering & Technology (CIPET). Before establishing Universal Urethanes in 2008, Mr. Naidu held esteemed positions, including General Manager of Research, Development, and Technology at Dow Chemicals, and Senior Scientist at Manali Petrochemicals. His distinguished career reflects his deep knowledge and commitment to innovation.

Under his leadership, Universal Urethanes has flourished, securing key contracts with industry leaders like Toyota, Ola, Marco Polo, and Hyundai Transys. His strategic vision and dedication to sustainability have been instrumental in the company’s growth, including the successful establishment of additional branches in Bangalore and Dharwad.

Mr. Naidu is renowned for his ability to drive strategic growth, enhance product development, and foster a collaborative work environment. His leadership has earned earned him various personal awards and our company numerous accolades, including awards for "Best Supplier," "Best Cost," and "Best Delivery" from Toyota Boshoku.

Outside of his professional achievements, he enjoys spending time with his family and traveling. His journey from a small village in Andhra Pradesh to becoming a prominent figure in the industry is a testament to his resilience and vision.
